A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I am constantly on the go, but I am a devoted homebody at heart! Creating a functional and comfortable home for our family of five over the years has taught me to truly embrace imperfection. Chipped china, clipped backyard branches on the kitchen island and scattered vintage décor showing its age is what our home is made of. We love the energy in our home and prefer to live a barefoot lifestyle surrounded by nature, gathering around good food with great friends and music on repeat. All are welcome in our home and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
MY PASSION FOR INTERIOR DESIGN
With a life-long love affair with all things design and an entrepreneurial fire in my belly for as long as I can remember, it now seems so obvious what I should have been doing all along. Interior design started as a passion project years ago and has evolved into a thriving boutique interior design and styling business. I took the detoured path to interior design, having devoted nearly 15 years to a career in digital advertising. I’ve quickly found that my experience with companies like Disney and Google have proven to be an invaluable asset in the interior design industry and prepared me well as a business owner.
MY INSPIRATION TO CREATE UNIQUE SPACES
In my alone time, I love to get lost at flea markets and vintage shops hunting for perfectly imperfect treasures. I take great pride in giving new life to discarded and long forgotten items. Incorporating home décor with a bit of age, patina and sentimentality brings storytelling and soul into a home. It evokes curiosity, emotion and reflects the uniqueness of those that live there. My mother shared this favorite pastime with me that I now share with my girls. You’ll find moments of salvaged materials, vintage décor and sentimental family treasures in all of my interior design projects.
